A solar strategy for Montenegro that preserves the natural environment
The Montenegro Solar Strategy is designed to provide a vision and strategic plan that will direct the country’s solar electric generation facilities to be developed in prime locations, while preserving the natural environment and natural features. It establishes the spatial planning scenario, economic, social and environmental frameworks for solar farm development in Montenegro.
Furthermore, two pilot demonstration projects have been developed, one in a selected urban location and the other in a rural location, showcasing optimum design and layout within the context of sustainability.
